myMuseJobs Terms

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“MYMUSEJOBS TERMS”).  THE MYMUSEJOBS TERMS REFERENCE AND INCORPORATE THE MYMUSE TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“TERMS”) AND ANY APPLICABLE SERVICE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND MYMUSE (COLLECTIVELY, THE “AGREEMENT”).  YOUR USE OF MYMUSEJOBS (DESCRIBED BELOW) IS SUBJECT TO YOUR COMPLIANCE WITH THE AGREEMENT.  THE MYMUSEJOBS TERMS MAY HAVE CHANGED SINCE YOUR LAST VISIT TO MYMUSEJOBS.  BY ACCESSING MYMUSEJOBS, YOU INDICATE YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGREEMENT.  THE AGREEMENT SHALL REMAIN IN EFFECT AFTER TERMINATION OF YOUR USE OF MYMUSEJOBS.  IF YOU DO NOT ACCEPT THE AGREEMENT, PLEASE DO NOT ACCESS AND USE MYMUSEJOBS.

“myMuseJobs” is a listing of available job openings and positions sought (“Listings’) and a databank of Member resumes (“Resume Service”) for those in the creative professional community (collectively, “myMuseJobs”).  myMuseJobs is owned by Artist Tribe, LLC (“myMuse”) and is made available by myMuse to Members and to Employers, as each is defined in the Agreement. 

Members Access

Subject to the Agreement, as a Member, you are hereby granted the revocable, non-transferable, non-sublicensable right to access the Listings solely for the purpose of seeking employment for yourself.    

Advertisements, listings, resumes and other materials you submit to myMuseJobs shall be deemed User Content (as this phrase is defined in the Terms) and, as such, shall be subject to the licenses, warranties and other terms applicable to User Content. Our use of such materials shall be in accordance with the myMuse Privacy Policy. 

Employer Access

Your right to post in the Listings notices for positions or commissions sought begins on the date you submit payment in full for your notice in the Listings and ends on the last date of the period for which you have paid a fee to post your notice to the Listings, unless otherwise terminated by myMuse in accordance with the Agreement. 

General Terms

You may view and make one copy of the information and materials in myMuseJobs (“myMuseJobs Materials’) solely for your permitted use.  You may not distribute, disclose or otherwise make available to any other person or entity the myMuseJobs Materials.  You may not use myMuseJobs or the myMuseJobs Materials to sell or promote any products, services or enterprise, or to promote, solicit or participate in multi-level marketing or pyramid schemes.

The myMuseJobs Terms are governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of the State of California, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law.

You shall not transfer, assign, sublicense nor pledge in any manner whatsoever, any of your rights or obligations under the myMuseJobs Terms.  All such attempted transfers, assignments, sublicenses or pledges are void. 

The Agreement is the entire agreement between you and myMuse with respect to the subject matter hereof and shall not be modified except in writing signed by both parties or by a new posting or notification by myMuse as described in the Agreement.  Such modifications shall supersede all prior agreements between you and myMuse.  Your continued use of myMuseJobs indicates your acceptance of all such modifications.
